Schar School Patriot Pre-Law Program

Patriot Pre-Law Student Group

The Patriot Pre-Law Student Group is George Mason University’s student organization for anyone interested in law school or a legal career. Open to students from every major and campus, the group provides opportunities to connect with fellow pre-law students, hear from legal professionals, and explore the path to law school together.

Whether you’re just beginning to consider law school or actively preparing your applications, the Pre-Law Student Group offers a welcoming community where you can ask questions, build your network, and learn from peers with similar goals.

Unlike the Pre-Law Learning Community, which is a year-long academic program, the Patriot Pre-Law Student Group is a flexible extracurricular organization. Students can participate in meetings and events as their schedules allow—no application or membership dues required. Students may participate in the Patriot Pre-Law Student Group on its own or alongside the Pre-Law Learning Community.
